About

Desert Chapel Christian School

In 1980 Desert Chapel Christian School opened its doors as a K-6 school. In the fall of 1990, the sixth through eighth grade middle school opened with new classrooms in the small gym/fellowship hall.

Desert Chapel High School opened its doors in the fall of 1999 with the first freshman class.

Each year an additional grade level was added until the first graduating class crossed the stage and received their diplomas in 2003. The middle school campus joined the high school facilities in 1999.

Today, Desert Chapel Christian School encompasses a K-12 campus with 21 classrooms, administration offices, an active sports program, lunchroom facility and youth ministry center.  We continue to improve and develop the campus to provide for the intellectual, spiritual, social and physical needs of our student body.

In 2013 the high school welcomed our first full-time international students to our campus. This program has grown over the years, with an average of 20+ students attending school from all over the world.  These students have integrated well on our campus and have added a great opportunity for our students to experience other cultures.
