Typically, we require our middle and high school students to complete a summer reading assignment to be turned in the first day of school.
With recognition that our DC students have been working diligently at distance learning for the past few months, we want to provide our students with the opportunity to rest this summer break. We will not be assigning a summer reading assignment this summer.
Trusting this communication finds you healthy and at peace. These are unusual times, but they are not a surprise to our God, and He promises to never leave us or forsake us. His presence is near, and His peace surpasses anything that we might be experiencing. We trust you are carried by His love and peace.
Good afternoon, DC families,
Trusting you are all well and healthy. These are unique times, and we are so grateful for a God that is steadfast and true. Praying that you are filled with His peace.
At present, the Riverside County Health Office still maintains the school closure date to April 30th. Until we hear otherwise, we are functioning on the assumption that we will stay closed until April 30th.
